Job Details Back to vacancies Position: Assistant Vice Principal School: Liwa International School-Al Mushrif - Sole Proprietorship LLCDescription: Liwa Education is looking to hire outstanding Assistant Vice Principal Middle and High School (Whole School Data, Assessment & e-Learning) to join our dynamic team at Liwa International School – Al Mushrif, Abu Dhabi for January 2026 start.
Responsibilities Lead all internal and external assessments (MAP, Performance Matters, national/international tests).
Oversee accurate data entry, analysis, and reporting across the school.
Provide regular data analysis reports to Principal, VP, SLT, and LE Subject Leads.
Train staff to use data effectively in planning and differentiation.
Monitor academic performance in Middle & High School, ensuring interventions are planned with VP.
Lead integration and evaluation of all e-learning platforms, ensuring measurable impact on attainment.
Oversee and validate teacher assessments and grade entry using Power School, Schoology, and related platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability before data is used for reporting and planning.
Lead and oversee moderation processes across subjects to ensure assessment standards and teacher judgements are consistent and reliable.
Organize and manage internal and external examination logistics, including timetables, invigilation, and security of materials.
Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality requirements in the collection, storage, and use of student information.
Work with the Inclusion Lead to ensure assessment systems and data analysis reflect the progress and attainment of students of determination and those with additional needs.
Ensure accommodations and modifications for assessments are accurately recorded and implemented in line with ADEK requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education and a CPD course in Educational and/or Organizational Leadership Experience: A minimum of 3 years of solid and demonstrable experience in the same role.
