The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR operations in Saudi Arabia while reporting directly to the HR Business Partner (HR-BP) in Kuwait. This role involves handling daily HR functions, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. Your Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily HR operations in Saudi Arabia, including employee inquiries, issue resolution, and policy enforcement. Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in local labor laws and regulations. Manage employee benefits administration, including insurance, leave, and other HR-related benefits. Coordinate with payroll and benefits team to report any issues to clarify to the employee. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company policies. Address and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and local labor laws. Foster a positive work environment and support employee engagement initiatives. Prepare and submit regular HR reports to the HR Business Partner in Kuwait, including metrics on payroll, recruitment, employee turnover, and compliance. Identify training needs and coordinate with external providers to deliver relevant training programs. Support employee development initiatives and performance management processes. Conduct regular audits of HR processes and documentation to ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies. Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits as needed. Collaborate with the HR team in Kuwait to ensure alignment of HR strategies and practices across regions. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to address HR-related questions and concerns. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
