Job Objective: Responsible for all Business-related MARCOM activities (Design, implementation, execution and evaluation)
Job Specifications:
Sets and/or manages day-to-day operational tasks to deliver on specific operational objectives and enhances operational effectiveness.
Shows ability to support and provide clear instructions to teams on specific projects / work tasks.
Participate in the achievement of the Section's objectives by performing marketing and communication related activities.
Autonomously operate within the policies, procedures, systems and frameworks applicable to the Section to enable the efficient operations
Coordinate communication and branding activity for STC Bahrain Business brand and regularly report to/update Senior Manager Marketing & Digital Services to ensure their seamless execution.
Execute internal and external communication plans by defining audience, tools, messaging, frequency, measurement to position and communicate STC Bahrain’s Business brand, values and key messages in alignment to corporate strategy.
Lead and execute all advertising jobs in-line with the annual Business Marketing plan and strategy.
Responsible for all ATL / BTL Arabic, English copy
Make sure all internal briefing is complete; and well converted into advertising briefs before they are shared with the agency
Align the approved creative with other MARCOM and non MARCOM divisions such as, media, digital, social, call centre, sales, and PR.
Manage business marketing and communication campaigns by overseeing their implementation across various sales channels to ensure maximum leverage of marketing and communications efforts.
Monitor and report the cost estimates and invoices received and make sure all payments are done on time.
Evaluate all 3rd party cost estimates, before seeking approvals and update the budget sheet.
Create, maintain and optimize real-time marketing dashboards and ensure their internal circulation
Perform other duties as requested.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent from a recognized university
Min of 5 years of experience as a marketer (b2b marketing experience is a plus)
