Join us. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Architect / Internals Specialist to join our innovative team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software systems, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability across our organization's technical infrastructure.
Design and develop robust, scalable software architectures for complex systems Analyze and optimize system internals to improve performance and efficiency Lead the implementation of microservices architecture and distributed systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions Evaluate and recommend new technologies and frameworks to enhance our systems Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and design decisions Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on best practices Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues at the architecture level Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software architecture and system internals Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Minimum 15+ years of experience in software architecture and system internals Proven track record of designing and implementing complex systems Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Java, and Python Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)Expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems Strong skills in performance optimization and scalability design Experience with large-scale distributed systems Deep understanding of software architecture principles Knowledge of system internals and low-level optimization techniques Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration abilities Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect) are a plus Additional Information About AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
