The core manufacturing activities of the industries operating under alfanar Building Systems are: Façade cladding, glazing systems and architectural aluminum products Precast concrete products and architectural elements Real estate development Job Purpose We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Engineer Technical Coordination to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that all aspects are organized, coordinated, and completed in a timely manner. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Accountability Areas Facilitate communication between site teams, PMO, QC, and the technical design team; schedule and lead coordination meetings to address technical and operational issues. Offer technical advice and problem-solving support to site and design teams; assist in resolving technical conflicts and discrepancies. Collect and review site-specific requirements and ensure their accurate integration into project plans; monitor changes in site conditions and update technical designs accordingly. Maintain detailed records of technical requirements, decisions, and changes; prepare comprehensive reports for the PMO and other stakeholders. Ensure that all technical designs and implementations comply with relevant standards and regulations; conduct quality checks and validation of technical outputs. Role Accountability Good experience with SAP System. Good experience with all Microsoft Office & Power BI. Good experience with design program field (Auto CAD 2 D 3 D & Revit). Proficiency in project management software. Strong analytical and communication skills. Academic Qualification Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering Work Experience5 to 10 Years Technical / Functional Competencies Market Research, Negotiating, CRM Analysis, Business Knowledge
