**JOB LOCATION: BAHRAIN**

**Job Summary**:
Head the Commercial Division with overall responsibility commercial, contract management and client commercial liaison applicable to various contracts / projects cross industry (civil, mechanical, manufacturing and automobile).

Provide leadership and technical guidance to commercial, contracts and purchase staff.

Able to handle Contract Administration issues with regards to contractual arguments and claims (Main Contract and Subcontractors).

Identification of variations and compiling entitlement submissions. Ensures that all contractual notices are issued as required by the contract. Able to introduce and implement cost controls and planning techniques.

Work closely with General Managers / Project Directors and commercial staff on sites (via QS’s), able to assist the business with tenders/contract management services.

Design and Build schemes, work effectively to ensure securing new projects regularly.

Ability to develop and monitor the Quality Management Systems to ensure efficiency and increased productivity within the teams.

**Minimum Experience & Qualification**:
Engineering Degree or equivalent/Degree in Quantity Surveying with minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in a similar role with AA / top tier civil/mechanical or oil n gas contractor/manufacturers.
