Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages.
- Manages the purchases and vendors.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports
- Maintain paper and electronic filing systems
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries
- Complete a variety of special projects including creating Power Point presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Good communication skills and professional personal presentation
- Should be able to run office errands as require
- Valid Bahrain Driving License (plus)
- Arabic Fluency is a plus
- Part-time option available only for Bahrainis
**Salary**: Up to BD200.000 per month

- GCC: 3 years (required)
