**_Job Purpose, Duties & Responsibilities_**
- Interacting with customers by taking their orders, making recommendations, providing them with accurate bills, serving them food and drinks, processing payments, and supplying them with whatever they need in a timely manner.
- Handling multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner. Rotates position from Beverage, Dinning, and dishwasher as directed by the floor supervisor
- Cleaning and clearing tables.
- Performing opening duties such as setting tables, polishing glasses, folding napkins and replenishing condiments.
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine.
- Performing closing duties such as sweeping and vacuuming and preparing linens for collection by laundry service.
- Learning about food and beverages, such as non-alcoholic drinks and coffees.
- Ensuring beverages are served swiftly and replenished continuously.
- Ensuring accuracy when entering orders into point of sale (POS) system.
- Following up on food and beverage orders with back of house (BOH).
- Checking on guests to establish satisfaction with product and overall experience and providing management with feedback.
- Issuing guests with their check on request and greeting and thanking them sincerely on departure.
- Taking inventory of supplies and ingredients.
- Standing, walking, and carrying heavy trays of food and drinks.

**Salary**: BD170.000 - BD250.000 per month
