Job Title: Production Planning Manager Job Location: Saudi Arabia Year of Experience: Minimum 6 years Salary: 8k-10k SARRoles and Responsibilities: KEY RESPONSIBILITY: Business Planning & Cost Management- Develop and manage comprehensive business plans aligned with company objectives.- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to create budgets. Production Planning & Scheduling Operational Excellence- Drive process improvements in the production workflow to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.- Implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize operations.- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production and operational performance. Prepare regular reports on production progress- Prepare regular reports on production progress, business performance, and cost efficiency.- Analyze production data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree Proficiency in business planning, cost estimation, and budget management. Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence methodologies. Proven experience in business and production planning. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in using manufacturing resource planning (ERP) software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Teams, Word, Excel, and Power Point. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
