As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will play a key role in driving financial planning and analysis processes, providing strategic insights, and supporting decision-making at Salla. Responsibilities: Support the development and preparation of the rolling annual operating plan and monthly results analysis. Work with the accounting team to ensure closing timeline and reporting requirements are met. Combine multiple data sources to provide clear, granular, and easy-to-understand answers to business questions. Provide valuable insights by identifying and tracking critical financial and non-financial success factors. Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management. Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying key drivers and areas for improvement. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and information for financial analysis. Assist in the development and implementation of financial planning processes and tools. Participate in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required.
