Job Summary The role requires offshore experience, NEBOSH certification, supervisory skills, and valid offshore training certificates for installation and diving projects.
The position is based in Dammam/Khobar/Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities Conduct inspections and maintenance of facility systems.
Manage vendor relationships and implement energy management strategies.
Review specifications and drawings, prepare piping layouts, supervise installations.
Lead financial transformation and governance, oversee Oracle ERP integration.
Preventive maintenance and operational monitoring of fire fighting systems, fire alarm systems, HVAC, tunnel ventilation, elevators, escalators, rolling shutters and sliding doors.
Documentation governance, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, JIRA & Confluence.
Sales lifecycle management and revenue growth in Data & AI services.
Prepare technical reports, manage databases, create visual presentations, fluent in English and Arabic.
Architectural drawings using Revit, BIM compliance.
Microsoft Systems Engineering: L3 support, Active Directory, M365, SCCM.
Customs clearance, logistics operations, compliance with Saudi laws.
Kafka clusters & Open Shift deployments, CI/CD automation, 24/7 application support.
Roles Electrical Foreman / Supervisor - Electrical installation, maintenance, team leadership, Gulf experience, electrical engineering qualifications.
Electronics Foreman / Supervisor - ELV systems, team management, safety standards compliance, Gulf experience.
