The Floor Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant floor, with a focus on financial performance and the standard of service provided to guests. The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring their team operates in the most effective way possible, offering support and leadership as needed.
Education and Experience:

- A degree in hotel management, business administration or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a managerial position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in Sales would be advantageous.
- Highly organized.

**Salary**: Up to BD600.000 per month

- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
