Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated IT Internto join our Information Technology team.
The intern will assist in providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and contributing to ongoing technology projects.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT operations, troubleshooting, and system administration in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers and peripherals.
Help install, update, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
Monitor system performance and report any irregularities.
Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset tracking.
Support data backup and recovery processes.
Assist in cybersecurity awareness initiatives and compliance tasks.
Collaborate with IT staff on system upgrades, network management, and technology projects.
Provide end-user support for internal employees (onsite and remote).
Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science Software Engineering Management Information Systems Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and hardware components.
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic IT tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
