**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the work of maintenance staff
- Schedule repairs and maintenance
- Ensure that the building is in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
- Work with tenants and vendors to ensure that the building is operating smoothly and efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections of the building
- Monitor and maintain the building's energy consumption
- Ensure that the building's mechanical systems are properly commissioned and maintained
- Conduct regular inspections of the building's electrical and plumbing systems
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all building systems
- Work with vendors to procure and install new equipment and systems
- Prepare reports on the condition of the building
- Develop and implement maintenance plans
- Manage the maintenance budget
- Hire and train new maintenance staff
- Resolve maintenance issues
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in building maintenance, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in high rise tower maintenance
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Valid driver's license
