Main Duties and Responsibilities Sales support for Sell-in documents Develop, manage and implement country distribution channels and other print products Develop country marketing plan and budget, monitor and report results and consistently propose corrective actions Country implementation and follow-up marketing and communication strategies in agreement with central marketing team. Ensure brand guidelines and marketing processes are respected to build brand equity and efficiency Manage local PR plan consistent with Group guidelines & targets Events management Management of third-party organizations Main KPI’s Direct Promotion turnover and profit margins Level of compliance with Group’s policies in particular brand and data policies PR exposure achieved (# of articles.....)Relates to / Cooperates with Main Function interactions: Key Accounts Managers & Account Managers Country Manager, Sales Manager, Group Marketing, Account Managers Main cross-Function interactions: Central Marketing teams Media Accounting & controlling Local Admin Background and Education University graduate or comparable technical degree in marketing3-5 years of successful experience in marketing position Sales experience (selling experience or shared responsibility for revenue stream)PR experience / education or training would be a plus Fluent written and spoken English Familiarity of working within a matrix structure Print and online media experience would be a bonus Event planner Specific Skills and Knowledge Excellent presentation and public speech skills Good consultative selling skills Excellent networking skills (existing local business network knowledge preferred)Understanding of business logics Analytical skills Strong team worker, experience in international environments would be a plus Coaching / training skills
