Classera is seeking a high-performing sales manager to lead the expansion of itstraining & upskilling businessacross the MENA region, covering both thecommercialandgovernment sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate learning and digital transformation and a proven ability to close high-value B2 B and B2 G training deals.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales Strategy Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Classera's training solutions across MENA.
Identify and close new business opportunities in both public and private sectors, including government agencies, corporations, and vocational institutions.
Build a robust pipeline across multiple countries, with a focus on high-impact verticals (e.g., energy, telecom, healthcare, defense, public service).
Stakeholder Management & Partnership Building Establish strong relationships with senior decision-makers in ministries, training authorities, corporate L&D teams, and resellers.
Represent Classera in tenders, executive meetings, trade shows, and regional forums focused on workforce development.
Team Collaboration & Enablement Coordinate loosely with Classera's product, marketing, customer success, and solutions engineering teams to align client needs with value propositions.
Support channel partners and local reps with training, collateral, and deal support.
Forecasting & Reporting Maintain accurate records of pipeline, deals, and activities using CRM tools (e.g., Hub Spot).
Provide regular reporting on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in B2 B or B2 G sales, ideally within Ed Tech, HRTech, corporate training, or Saa S.
Deep understanding of the learning and development needs of both corporate and government sectors.
Experience with public procurement, RFP responses, and institutional selling in MENA.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in multi-country roles.
Excellent communication, proposal writing, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
Preferred Experience Familiarity ewith learning platforms (LMS/LXP), content providers, and digital skills frameworks.
Prior work with ministries of labor, vocational training authorities, or large state-owned enterprises.
