This immersive program provides structured rotations across Satel's core departments Operations, Leasing, Business Development, Marketing, Maintenance, and Tenant Relations, designed to build practical experience, professional readiness, and strategic exposure to the real estate industry in Saudi Arabia.
Participants will gain hands on project assignments, mentorship from departmental leads, and real-time performance feedback preparing them for potential full time roles within the organization.
