Committee Operations & Documentation Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, briefing materials, and supporting documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Record and maintain detailed minutes of meetings, including discussions, decisions, and follow-up actions.
Track and monitor implementation of committee resolutions, ensuring proper documentation and timely closure.
Liaise with executive management and departments to ensure accountability in executing committee decisions.
Provide periodic progress reports to Committee Chairpersons and the Board Secretary to support informed decision-making.
Compliance & Process Improvement Ensure committees operate in compliance with internal bylaws, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain an organized and auditable record of committee documentation, correspondence, and decisions.
Continuously enhance committee processes, templates, and documentation standards to improve operational efficiency and transparency.
