Help AG is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Cyber Trust Advisory Consultant - GRC who will be responsible for the successful technical guidance, hands-on delivery, and completion of consultancy projects related to governance, risk, and compliance services within the defined budget and timeline. This includes tasks related to third-party cybersecurity risk management, data classification consulting, business impact analysis, risk assessments, treatment planning, effectiveness measurements, development of policies and procedures, awareness presentations, and any other documentation to achieve compliance with the intended standards or compliance requirements within the countries that Help AG operates in. The Senior Cyber Trust Advisory Consultant - GRC will be expected to lead the delivery of projects, work independently and as part of a cross-functional team, manage customer expectations on the ground, and support in successful project closure. Responsibilities: Review and update the information asset classification framework. Hands-on delivery of consultancy projects related to but not limited to third-party cybersecurity risk management, SOC consulting, data classification, ISO/IEC 270 XX, ISO 22301, ISO/IEC 20000-1, NCA, ISR, NESA, SAMA, and CITC standards/regulations/requirements. Develop and maintain an information asset register template. Plan and prepare for information workshops. Conduct workshops with department representatives to classify information assets. Analyze department submissions and finalize the information asset register. Design and implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies. Lead the information classification process through workshops, identifying critical information assets and classifying them in accordance with the approved information classification scheme. Provide consulting services for establishing a data classification framework. Establishment of data classification framework. Customize and optimize information gathering toolkits. Provide guidance in configuring the technical policies for DLP/classifier. Develop and conduct Information classification awareness programs for project stakeholders. Providing feedback on service lines enhancement. Representing Help AG consulting team in event/PR. Qualifications & Skills: A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity or a related field in IT and Information Security. Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a similar capacity. Proven experience in data classification, including developing and implementing data classification frameworks. At least one certification required such as CISSP, CISA, ISO lead implementer or auditor. Awareness of the requirements of NCA and NDMO regarding data classification. Best practices of carrying out data classification. Excellent consulting skills; strong customer and business focus. Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is mandatory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand complex business processes and activities. Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements.
