_**Responsibilities & Job Duties**:_
- _Electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures are installed, repaired, and maintained in buildings or industrial environments._
- _Troubleshooting problems with existing electrical systems in order to determine appropriate solutions for repair._
- _Installing or repairing wires and cables to provide power to buildings or machinery._
- _Working with contractors to plan electrical projects, including design and layout of electrical systems._
- _Installing wiring devices, such as light fixtures, electrical panels, thermostats, smoke detectors, intercom systems, and more._
- _Installing electrical equipment in commercial and industrial facilities, such as computers, security systems, and telephone lines._
- _Repairing electrical equipment, such as motors, generators, breakers, transformers, wiring, and circuit boards._
- _Testing electrical equipment for proper functioning after repairs are complete._
- _Inspecting electrical equipment for defects and maintaining records of findings._
- **Requiered skills**:_
- _Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or GED for a wireman is required._
- _Must be registered in EWA as a wireman._
- _Electrical skills._
- _Good English communication skills._
- _Physical stamina._
- _Technical skills._
- _Problem-solving skills._
